then you'll love this one! best recording from Rogers Electic fire tour in 1998, almost excellent sound quality and a great show with Brian entering the stage for the last three songs

Thanks for sharing this record with us !!
Nice to see four new shows (new shows for me) in a few days time !!

Thinking also on some comments from Bob about the easy way of sharing bootlegs these days, compared with 25 years ago !!

What a luck that we live in these digital days !!

Thanks for the share. Such a great show.

But why is it that none of these recordings have lineage? They're less than 15 years old, so surely they haven't gone through too many hands.

you're right!

about 15 years ago began the era of cdr, so tape recordings were transferred to this new format, but some discs and burners were made of poor quality, so it also started new problems with the new format!

about the lineage, I speak for me, 15 years ago it was difficult that an audio cd was accompanied with lineage, I did not even know what they were these proper informations, I was just happy every time I received a new CD with a new gig... I didn't know what was the lineage and how much it would have been important that every show was accompanied by lineage, I've learned this over the years of queenzone ... :-)

now is a bit late, I don't remember who passed me the recording and in any case I have no more his contacts

The same case with me. I have countless CDRs with no lineage, and I don't remember who I got many of them from ... it was so many years ago.

So we can just hope for tapers to pop up and clear up the story, which does happen now and again.

In the beginning I didn't care about any lineages as well. I was even joking about this lossy/lossless discussion on distorted glittering amateur audience tapes.
The day I bought my BMW Z3 roadster and made our car tuning shop build in a high end audio stereo instead of the crappy Harman Kardon stereo changed my world drastically. I had this lossy discussion with the guy there before and he laughed at me and said: bring your lossy Hotel California live version when you pick up the car. He had the same track on a demo cd-r - this was the day I changed my opinion :-)
BTW this is MY weekend. The greatest concert I've ever been to has seen the light of day on Dime. Depeche Mode in Cologne 2001! Go and get it!
You'll all have to be patient to finish my recent uploads. My internet connection is crap so the bandwidth is very small for uploads, sorry! But I'll be seeding all weekend I promise.

Fantastic show.

Brian offering some killer guitar playing in Rock 'n roll, one of my personal favourites:-)
Roger's vocals suit the song perfectly too. Great stuff...
