It is the 16 camera version, or at best, a merge of the 16-camera version with the incomplete official release from 1987.
It's stunning how many people on this forum cannot read. Let's all take a deep breath, and read very slowly and carefully:
The concert was filmed by the Hungarian government during communist rule. An edited version of the film was release on VHS in 1987, and all the footage that was cut was thrown away. It doesn't exist. It's gone. Vanquished. Forever.
...unless you've seen that bad quality video with all 16 angles on the screen at once.
And it's not Queen Production' fault.

The complete footage exist but only in the Snow Productions archives!.

Wrong, if you're talking about the complete pro footage. Nobody has it.
