Thanks for posting the link, I missed Kenny night on BBC 4. I heard they showed a recently surfaced TOTP episode too hosted by Kenny.
He was a comedy genius, and compulsive viewing on BBC back in the day, a true legend.

No it was just him being interviewd by two kids about Top of the Pops, in an empty studio.

I watched it great tribute Kenny was a comedy genius way ahead of his time, James Floyd who played Freddie hmm... well he did not sound like Freddie but he had a good resemblance, here is two screen shots I took and uploaded of James Floyd as Freddie.

Hmm.. Doesn't look a terrible amount like Freddie. I can sort of see it though.

Yeah, that guy who played Freddie was a bit lame. It's always interesting to watch the representation of someone we all know, and see the actor in question hasn't done their homework. Looks be damned, the acting part made Freddie pretty generic.

Anyway, could've been worse, I guess.

I enjoyed the film but i wasnt impressed with the guy playing Freddie, looked and acted nothing like Freddie, the guy playing Kenny however did a very good job
