Erm

Did I read a different book?

It is not very informative, a bit sycophantic and basically quite boring...like the rest of them

The real Queen story is about money and Jim Beach is unlikely to sanction that particular story...

Its informative in the fact that we have never had a Roadies angle of a 'Queen' tour,i didnt find it boring at all,i found it very funny, and very original in my opinion!

Boy, the entire story of Queen has to do with nothing but money? That's a tad...cynical.

I'm not saying money has nothing to do with it--it probably has more to do with it than I'd like to believe--but I think there's more at play than that. Like, oh, I don't know...love for music?

I didnt like it.
All he spoke about was how many women he had sex with. I found it quite boring and thought it could have been much more insightful and fly on the wall like than it was.

Very dull book, hardly anything about the band. If hearing about a roadie on the piss and drug use is your thing, then buy it.

Hardly sycophantic - he states he's no Queen fan!

Personally I enjoyed it - and liked the unique angle his being a roadie gave it.

It was ok, not really worth the money TBH. Much prefered Hince's work in that larger book a couple of years ago.
