Insane

Saw one sell on eBay a few months back for about £140 so I don't think mine is that unrealistic :)  The valuations are 12 years old, it hasn't appreciated that much in value since.  It is what it's worth. Input is always welcome, I don't know the value of every item released around the world lol!
