Queen - Flash (PiotreQ Remix) [w/ Video]

Hmm... interesting. I'll have to give this a couple more listens, as the first impression doesn't quite grab me. I found that the mix of the two tracks got slightly 'convoluted' in places, and took the definition away from the 'Flash' track, which I assume is meant to be the focus. Good idea, though, and an original one! Very much looking forward to whatever else you have up your sleeve, Piotre. :)

I catch the idea. Sadly, (obviouslt, it's not your fault) "Machines" is a song which sounds very weak, and "Flash" sounds so much more powerful. Also, "The Game" sounds so mucho more powerful than "The Works". Anyway, I enjoyed listening to it, the notes hits well and the rhythm keeps going on. Might there are some volume issues ("Machines" guitar is a bit loud compared to the vocals) or a bit weak ending, but I really enjoyed the idea! :)

Thank guys :-) Yes, this remix is untypical a bit, probably one of the most experimental work I ever made lol but sometimes I can't resist when have some strange/original ideas ;-)

PiotreQ I like this a lot it would be great if it cut into 'The Hero' towards the end. I enjoy these Fan Mixes very much

Flash is however a very difficult track to create remixes
I like it on average
but I like the motive of the Flash&Machines

@Kacio, I think it's not. Of course because of lack of multitrack it's quite troubled but I don't think it's very difficult. I would even say that it's one of the easiest track to remix.

One of the simplest but Flash as a song is not brilliant so hard to get something really good

What I tried to explain is that a majority of the song is simple in its structure so it's easier to work with and it's quite decent source for a remix.

As a song, well, maybe it's not brilliant, however I really like it, but sometimes when a song is poor I think it's still possible to turn it into a great one and it can be quite easy.

I know that. Some people like it less, some like it more. You can't please everyone at once :-) Hopefully when the rest of the remixes come up everyone find some interesting stuff ;-)
