Anyone on here been to see the Slade/Sweet UK tour?
I am a huge fan of both Queen and Sweet, as those of you who have read my contributions to the previous Sweet thread on here would know. There seems to be a strong crossover of the fans both ways from what I've read on here and on The Sweet Forum.
Slade are pretty cool too, although I don't know them as well. Slade 2's current lead singer Mal McNulty is a former lead singer of Sweet too, although I think his vocal style is more in the Noddy Holder direction than the Brian Connolly one I think.
