This is a thread over at queen online
the majority say yes they would like a new queen album with bits of freddie's vocals or demos made into fully produced songs.

What do you think? is there enough material?
Made in heaven itself used a lot of bits and pieces of Freddie and effects to create a kind of flashback memoir/ goodbye sort of thing.
I didnt like that style much myself.
i seriously think they should flip some of their songs, listen to them in reverse, then use some kind of studio production magic and make a new album that way -
using Freddies voice in reverse but produced up, to make sense in forward.
There are some great Freddie vocal melodies hidden in reverse.

There are some great guitar solos hidden in reverse also.

Both of these hidden gems can be the frame work
to build new songs around
as the melodies are already there in part.

One of the best examples of this is scandal in reverse
it to me has the power and brilliance of made in heaven the track itself.
It has the vocal chorusline and a really amazing guitar solo
that is nothing like the forward track, and so does sound New.
Ofcourse you would have to use your imagination at the moment, but if these parts can be lifted worked upon and incorporated around a suitable framework inspired by these remnants, a brilliant new queen song featuring Freddie , could be born.

It is a hard thing to accept, but one must remind oneself that due to Queen's massive worldwide appeal, the vast majority of their fans are infact very ordinary and not in the least bit *exceptional,

No. IMO there are much more interesting things they could release.
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.

It wouldn't be the best thing they could do, but it'd be plenty better than anything else Brian's done recently.

Also, Made In Heaven wasn't just random vocal scraps, most of the vocals were recorded with the specific intention of being completed after Freddie's death.

Well, 3 of the songs.

Sorry, that is not true... Brian played 'Good Company' last Saturday in Salisbury on ukulele and he did the lead vocals! AMAZING!!!

Even if there might be enough material left...creating another album with Freddie's vocals would really be like milking the cash cow. With made in heaven they were on the mission of creating one final album and releasing the final work they have done with Freddie. Made in heaven II would make no sense.
