at which point does a Qz member get a status upgrade?

.... I'm waiting on my "GOD" status as a QZ-er.

Currently Bohemian... I plan on hitting th lotto the day I reach 777 posts.

Don't know how I managed it.
I've probably been more consistent with words here than with some family members.

My guess:

1 - 9 Newbie
10 - 99 Rocker
100 - 999 Bohemian
1000 - 1999 Royalty
2000 & above - Deity

Not quite. More like this:
1-14: Newbie
10-49: Rocker
50-99: Champion

Everything else is correct, I believe.

So, we've still got a looong way to go.

Oh yes, I forgot about the Rocker status.  To get to "Deity" status, you can post a lot of LOL posts or argue all the way with everybody :-)

1-14: Newbie (leaves quickly after abuse from Brenski or Mooghead for posting a question on QZ instead of using Google)

10-49: Rocker (a nut, posting 40+ links in the space of 15 minutes to his latest horrendous Youtube video in which he claims he can sing like Freddie. Quickly moves onto a new forum where he claims he can sing like Gene Simmons. Is probably correct.)

50-99: Champion (if 50-99 over the space of 5 years, poster might have a life outside the forum)

100 - 999 Bohemian (manages 100s of post about Borat and Jeremy Capone before YourValentine awakes from Teutonic winter hibernation to delete his account)

1000 - 1999 Royalty (either a keen/jaded Queen fan who believes if s/he hangs around long enough things might get better here. Never really learns that Queen & Queenzone died long ago and this is the wake)

2000 & above - Deity (attention seeker, like me, or nutjob posting thousands of enquries about when Hammersmith will be released. Changes his IP every 5 minutes to avoid YV and wears tinfoil on head to stop aliens from stealing his thoughts. Everyone is his enemy, except Google translator)

That looks accurate to me, Holly. Now maybe you could start work on Queenzone For Dummies. (Please include a chapter explaining that GratefulFan is a "Betty" and Holly2003 is a "Dude".)

I think also that the basics would include how to edit a message or just how to change your mind before posting something. Ha.

i got my tinfoil hat from the pound-shop - but it's interfering with my wifi signal

I got mine for free with the 2001st post, but that was before the credit cruch, so I guess austerity measures got that cut.
