He is then clearly the world's greatest hero.
ps I reckon a signed edition of his book is probably worth less than an unsigned.
Just saying.

Touche! hahaha :) I laughed out loud on this one.

He is not a bad person at all! He gave me the second edition of his live book for FREE & SIGNED! I originally offered to pay money for it! So go think about that before you post bullshit next time![/QUOTE]
exactly how much do you think a signed book that has at least an error on every page is worth when it was signed by the person responsible for ALL of the errors?
a bit like having a signed copy of General Custer's account of what happened at "little big horn" signed by the man himself...utlimately, it's got some curiosity value, but no factual worth

I've got a copy with every error initialed by GB and every use of your/you're, its/it's and they're/their/there marked in purple highlighter. He wanted to pay me to take it, but following his inspirational lead I insisted that I take it off his hands for free. It's propping up one leg of my Christmas tree stand. Long story.

Greg Brooks, Queen Archivist? Dillusions of grandeur seem to be on display, here, Greg. You don't think you are the archivist for HRH, do you? Also what have you ever archived and got out there for the real fans? Not much, have you? Anyone who's favourite Queen album is Jazz, should be left well alone when it comes to recommending to me, which Queen things I should listen to, thank you very much. Also your attempt at humour, '183 Snickers bars', for example, ain't really gonna get you in at the Edingburgh Festival, is it? Also a point that has been made many times before, just lay of the sauce, before you post on here, with you holier than thou, themes. They are tiresome and boring. I could lose you at the first roundabout, Greg, when it comes to knowledge about Queen, no matter how much hidden stuff you have heard and know. Don't abuse your position in QPL, cos you might just get bitten on the arse, one day.

I'm pretty sure he is. Always thought he was anyway. Nothing prevents him from using a previous unbanned login, or having multiple nics.
Anyway, maybe all this inflated and self fascinated GB rambling will reach some sort of tipping point
GB: YES, HOPEFULLY.
where he spends enough time here to sort out that neither he or his experience are particularly special
THE WORD 'ESTABLISH' (INSTEAD OF 'SORT OUT'), OR 'ASCERTAIN' WOULD HAVE MADE YOUR SENTENCE CLEARER AND LESS CLUMSY.
and that Anton getting banned is a semi-regular event barely worthy of it's own thread and weighty puffery.
YOU MEAN its HERE, NOT it's, you silly chump!
YOUR SENTENCE TELLS THE WORLD YOU DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IT'S AND ITS. IT'S ONLY A SMALL DETAIL, BUT IT SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT THE PERSON WRITING. AS DOES YOUR SENTENCE...
"he or his experience are particularly special "
YOU MEAN 'IS' HERE, NOT 'ARE'. MY EXPERIENCE IN THIS CONTEXT IS A SINGULAR THING, NOT PLURAL.
YOU'RE THE SORT OF PERSON THAT WOULD SAY "THE AUDIENCE ARE ON THEIR FEET", AREN'T YOU????
THERE'S ONLY ONE AUDIENCE, SO IT'S (IT IS) ON ITS (NOT IT'S) FEET.
IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO LEARN SOME OF THESE SUBTLE BUT NECESSARY THINGS IF YOU'RE (NOT 'YOUR') GOING TO WRITE ON PUBLIC FORUMS. I HOPE YOU ARE A GRATEFUL FAN, GRATEFULFAN!!

Oh dear! All of this coming from the man who put his name to a book full of spelling and grammar mistakes, as well as a host of factual inaccuracies. Well done you, GB! People who live in glass houses really shouldn't be chucking stones......
GratefulFan is one of the most level headed, thoughtful, kind, humourous and thought-provoking people here on QZ: one can have a serious, intelligent conversation with her, and her posts do not usually have the errors you have tried to humiliate her with here. And I say "tried" to humiliate her with, as she is quite thick-skinned, too. These are the qualities that make her a popular character here on QZ.
You, on the other hand, bring absolutely NOTHING of use nor value to the table.
So what if GF is prone to the odd lapse in concentration? We ALL are!
But go on, I say, go on - reiterate to the planet what an absolute ignoramous you really are :)
Love!
James

That aside, Anton was a huge pain in the arse. I don't know if he was still up to his old tricks, but from experience, we don't really need him here.

A bunch of nice stuff. :)

You've very kind to a girl who spelled overweening wrong up there, twice, and not on purpose. :)
I'm glad you're back on QZ more regularly because you're cooler than 183 air conditioners.
p.s. Sorry for that exceedingly lame joke just now. Like a little person Christmas party, the bar is apparently pretty low. :P

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but as a newbie in the Queen world I know very little about Greg Brooks. What did he write that has so many errors in it? I tried Googling his name and only found an NFL football player.
