I hope, in the beginning of 2013 on DVD and Blue Ray will be released Rainbow. And about the box set I can assume that it will be released in 2014 or late 2013.

Quality is the standard for a worldwide standalone release. According to the band most of the video format filmed shows are not suiteble for a release for the general public.
So those shows will be released as a product aiming at the real fans. Like a first release with the box set , and after that each and everytime a new release so in time the fans can build up and complete their boxset.
This might hallen sooner as you think.
