I'm sick to death of turning on the TV to have a flick through the UK music channels and seeing bloody Rihanna all over them.
I wouldn't mind if it was any good, but it ain't my type of music.
Wish we had a channel for classic rock of the 60's, 70's & 80's...
20 music channels and all but 2 are full of modern shit on constant re-run :(

If you're after a sort of Queen link to Rihanna, then you get one with the fact that Nuno Bettencourt from Extreme is her lead guitarist (what a waste of his talent, but probably pays massively well)

it's ok pretending something is a special mix (feat Brian May - or whoever else)
but at least use a less obvious source for the guitars
this sounds like a direct lift from "I Want It All"
ffs - it even has some of Freddie's vocals - have a listen between 1:10 and 1:25

The description says it's a remix, so it's not like the uploader is trying to pass this off as the real song. It's kind of nice hearing the Red Special's beautiful tone, no matter the context. Also, Freddie in some places.

that's exactly the point i was making - because one or two had "wondered" if it was for real...as in a genuine release
which it clearly isn't :-)

Personally I don't like the song, but saying that, it's one of the better mash-ups I have heard, Nice Use of the "I Want It All" Multitrack Stems. Not too much in your face. Also the "It's A Beautiful Day" intro is quite subtle too.
