Seriously though, this troll is long overdue for a permaban. He is very belligerent, antagonizing, very abusive towards the QPL reps that post on this board and contributes absolutely nothing of worthwhile value to this website.

If this board's set up seriously does not technically allow for an IP range ban, then it's high time Richard should consider upgrading this forum's format.

huh, I`ll dind as decide this problem in any way.

Couldn't you just make friends with him instead? Wouldn't that be an easier and more efficient use of time than banning him all the time? Sure, a little painful now, but then if you are ever in Russia or wherever he lives, at least you would have a place to stay. Think about that! Also, when the Rainbow and Hammersmith concerts are finally released in ultra high def 3-D with interactive accompanying posters and story books, and bed linens, and tea towels, and little Freddie dolls that say clever Freddie things like, "This next song, we hope you like ... is called ...", you will have one more person to discuss it all with. Think about that too!
