Dear, Greg.
We appreciate everything that you're doing or trying to do . But let's face, for all the time that you are working in the archives was released something real worthy?
From year to year we eat only reissues and we do not see anything new or rare. Yes. we have bootlegs and stuff. Well but you must understand that the bootleg is not good as for QPL as for us die hards fans.
In light of the events of concerts Queen and Adam Lambert Hammersmith Odeon, which took place a year ago flashed that information about prepare a concert at the Hammersmith Odeon 1975 DVD and CD edition, but release didn`t see light of day again .I understand that release date was not assigned, but still . What's wrong with this concert, why it was not released?
I understand that at the end of those year was enough releases and re releases, but still this concert was not released....
OK, You work on a new edition of the concert in Rainbow Theatre in 1974, that`s good that at least that is "possible" to be released from the era of the 70's. But I want to ask. Would not be again forgets this project, was forgotten other projects?

Although Greg is Queen's archivist, he has absolutely NO say in what gets released and when. I've never seen eye-to-eye with him on many things, but I'm CONSTANTLY staggered at the sheer number of people who believe that he has ANY 'say' in ANYTHING.

He's an employee and told what to do like all of us Prolls who work for a higher master.

The issue with him is how he appears here, there and everywhere on occasion, dropping bombs - at Conventions "When you hear this on the box set" for example - and taking excption to people whom he should be accepting as having a far greater knowledge of certain issues than he does.

None of that, of course, has anything to do with QPL (other than, of course, using his 'official title' to post under and being given free reign to slag off whomsoever he chooses as a 'representative' of that organnisation. Any other would demand that they are distanced from all of that nastiness, but not our Beechy Boy.

Sadly, we'll have to accept the status quo for the forseeable future and resign ourselves to the fact that we will only EVER get what we are given and that there is no representation of 'obsessives and collectors' to those in power.
