The QTV iso dvd is PAL and also features an alternate edit of get down.
The bulk of pittrekts dvd is sourced from a similar source, but is logo free. WWRY intro however was NTSC sourced if i remember correctly.

Was the recent Uxbridge-935 DVD/CD release in the link below (that supposedly also contained the FM broadcast) taken from this same source?

If the broadcast is multi-gen it's not worth it.
I'm almost certain the audience tape will be defintive version no matter what.

Seriously, what sort of comment is that?

What is the name of the QTV dvd release?

You want the name of the DVD for which it was bootlegged?
A high generation recording of the QTV broadcast (without the logo, and converted to NTSC) was bootlegged for the Digital Archives release "Live Crazy" - QDA-001V

Is every QTV broadcast missing CLTCL? I noticed how both the high-gen and the low-gen (with the logo) copies switch to a ZDF special to patch up the missing number.

There is some tape damage at that point on the copy used for the QTV broadcast.
