I attended a concert by the Queen tribute band "Simply Queen" last night and was blown away by how good and authentic sounding this band is. Do yourself a favor and check them out when they are in your town.

The lead singer was really good. While he isn't Marc Martel, he made every song work, including Hammer To Fall, which is not easy. The band was really tight, but what made it all work for me, was the guitar player. Authentic sound via a Red Special replica and hit almost every note, bang on. If you closed your eyes (and I did at times), you would think it was Brian playing. My biggest compliment would be that they SOUNDED like Queen.
