I used to have a Hank Marvin Squier which had an amazing sound. When I eventually picked up a real Strat I wasn't able to tell the difference in sound between the two. Unfortunately, like an idiot, I sold it to finance a new guitar. Don't know too much about them but I'm told the build quality has dropped considerably since the early models.

Very nice. I see you've got the Epi LP with soapbar pickups. When I bought mine they had been replaced with Irongear pickups and I've often wondered whether that is actually an upgrade.

Fender Squier Telecaster - (2006)

+ two no-brand cheap acoustics (classical, western)

The telecaster is good for any twangy-country stuff, which I love to play, my wet dream is to get a telecaster with a b-bender fitted. For a cheap guitar, the squier stays in tune/maintains intonation throughout the fret board, quite a good budget guitar.

Most of the time I mainly strum my acoustic, since it's easy to pick up and just play and I'm just singing children's music to my kids anyway, so no need to "rock out".

For someone who considers themselves a guitarist, I certainly don't have many guitars (and those that I do have aren't anything to get terribly excited about haha).
I have a silver Cort Zenox 44. Not spectacular but gets the job done, I'm finding I incline more towards playing acoustically now anyway.
I also have a cheap Epiphone acoustic guitar, I don't even remember the exact model. Has a pretty nice tone to it for the price I paid. Black/brown with sunburst design.

Zeb, I think the instruments pictured there would be enough to keep me occupied for a very long time.

For the record many of my acquisitions were sheer luck. The LUKE cost me less than $200 at a pawn shop.

Of COURSE. .. I was giddy.

They had no clue

Next question is do any qz members have a band or bands?
