This is incorrect! There are fewer know compared to 70's agreed. And the format went back to cassettes and in the end of the 90's the acetate cdr was the standard.

E.g. All Miracle singles are out there on acetate.

The abbeyroad Headlong acetate is out there. The 1 sided show must go on excist.

I think we can assume as long as there was plans to release a single on 7" or 12" commercially , there is a acetate made before pressing!

Might I suggest you familiarize yourself with the concept of -> more than one version of a show. <-

This show has two different audience sources, and your copy of this particular source is either a lower tape generation copy or a better transfer from the master. Thus people are interested.

And even if I did have your copy, you're the person who flaunted yours so that's why people (including myself) are wondering why you're not putting the whole thing up.

You weren't the taper, so it'll emerge in one way or another. You could take the credit for it, but .... your choice.
