I am currently thinking about buying a Kindle. In the case that this thread reads a Kindle owner, could you please name here all cons and pros ? I am interested in honest opinions, both good and bad.

My advice would be to get a tablet and run the Kindle app instead. The only con I can name is that sometimes I miss the feel of a book in my hands and the mechanics of that experience. When books are not available electronically I still buy real books so I get my fix that way. Also, I find the instant acquisition means I buy a lot of books on impulse as soon as I hear of something that sounds interesting. I've ended up with a heck of a back log.

I do have a tablet already, but I like the idea of e-ink, that's why I'm considering buying a Kindle
