If there is anything to it at all it was apparently Psy claiming that Brian had entrusted a remix to him on some kind up upcoming reissue.

It might have something to do with Brian's work with Kerry Ellis. He said something about it on Twitter:

Psy is a novelty act and will probably be a one-hit wonder too. The way the surviving members of Queen hook up with people these days is like watching a beautiful woman whose looks are fading desperately throwing herself at any guy that comes along. It's awful to watch. Brian said he doesn't have much time for music anymore because of his involvement in stopping cruelty to animals. If that's the case, he needs to make a better chioce than working with Psy. I'm hoping this turns out to be a false rumour.
