Forgive me if everyone else is aware of this but it's the first time I've seen the clip:

Freddie appears from 0:33 onwards.

Does anyone know when and where this event took place?

something called Fashion Aid in 1985. Jane Seymour is the woman walking with him and it's at Royal Albert Hall, I believe.

To answer you're question, it's in 1985, which would have been my first guess watching the clip. Looks like Freddie's having a good time and looking great.

Not real sure what Fashion Aid is. It appears to be affiliate with Live Aid, so I suppose it's some sort of benefit fashion show?
