I think that you are ALL getting the wrong end of the stick here: it seems to me that he's saying he *hopes* that some Mexican fans managed to capture the show (or parts of it) on any of the formats he's listed.

The photo he has uploaded, he thinks, is from a video, and he's suggesting it's proof that there is footage, but no-one is uploading it. He wants to know why!

He's not saying he has the footage himself.

Just how it looks to me. Obviously his English isn't good, but he's been trying to request a share of this for the past couple of weeks.

i got 3 or 4 seconds of the video when i found my dad archives long time ago 8 mm incomplete concert when we are trying to digitize crumbled when digitizing a computer survived only 4 seconds somebody lay out at least some of what would once again enjoy this rare

My take on it now is he's claiming his dad DID have some of the footage, but the player chewed it up during transfer to PC - so what's left is a few seconds. It still looks like an appeal for someone to up the rest of the footage :)

I have NEVER understood what is he tried to say. Something about the Puebla 81 concert obviously, but WHAT ? Does he want the video recording ? Or is he offering the video recording ? Or is he asking who has the recording ? Or does he want to share some pics ? Or does he want just to chat about the concert or what ? I swear I have no idea what his posts mean :-(

Maybe using some basic rules would help, rules like :
- divide thoughts into sentences
- start every sentence with a capital letter
- end every sentence with a dot
- use things like commas, question marks, etc.

If you start using these very basic grammatical rules, even your bad English would be more understandable.
