Tokyo 1979-04-25 - DVD project - asking for feedback

You might have noticed some songs are bit out of sync. This was just temporar audio stream. On DVD it will be in sync.

1. I'll try to make it a bit better. Here is a quick sample of what it could be looking like. That's not the final version, the colours and contrast might differ a bit at the end when I get to doing this. This was just a quick test for a sample.

2. I also got an idea to re-create all the texts seen in the video. I will be removing the Japanese texts in Teo Torriatte and afterwards though. 
It might be really pointless but I think it adds sort of fresh breeze and new look :-)

3. I won't be enhancing the audio because I don't think it needs any enhancement, and quite frankly I suck at it anyway (I mean audio stuff in general, I'm more of a visual person). I think will be adding Pittrek's Tokyo merge as a secondary audio stream to the DVD. 4. Should I crop off the black borders on the sides or leave them as they are originally from the VHS transfer? I think it's better to have them cropped off so there's no borders, just the picture.

5. As for the extras, are those needed? If anyone wants I can add the raw HQ version of my SMGO montage that you can watch here [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCDFpMp6TF8]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCDFpMp6TF8[/url] But on the other hand this video is not related to the DVD anyhow.

6. I can't create a torrent. For some reason my ports won't forward therefore I can't seed. Where shall I upload it that everyone's happy?

7. Any suggestions / advices? At first I thought I'd do this on my own how I think is right, but at the end of the day the result is probably better when more people offer their opinions, especially the ones that know their stuff.

No, I'm really busy lately. But everything was started weeks ago, I just didn't have time to deal with it for a while. I expect to finish it sometime in July :)

Hello friend Chief Mouse. Congratulations for this initiative to create this project! That's what I think we can even create our DVD's and compilations with material that we have disponible, as Queen Productions goes too lazy to develop anything ... I would like somehow to help you in this work :) OK ?

What exactly are you willing to help? So far I've thought everything out. But I'd like to hear your thoughts :)

The video side is almost finished. I just need to finish colour correcting the second half of the gig. I already mixed Pittrek's audio merge and synced it to the video. Will add it as secondary audio stream.
Then what I will need to do is author the DVD and make some artwork.
I decided I will be uploading it on Skydrive as direct files not archived rars. I think that way files will stay online longer plus upload speed is faster than in most sharing sites, I think.

You might help me with extras. What do you think would be appropriate adding as extra and are they even needed?

Let me think, for this dvd could be some music played on this tour that was not included in this show and some interviews with the band, does anyone have?

Well, I would have to make picture slideshows or something, to add to those missing songs. But I don't think I have as much pictures from the Jazz tour lol. Also I think that would incredibly enlarge the space of the DVD, making it 7 GB DVD-9 which I don't think people would be much willing to download given the actual concert video is about 30 minutes.

Hey Chief Mouse!

You do know there are videos of a few missing songs from this show are in existence, don't you? I don't know and am not sure if my thought (or call it an opinion) is of any help to you, but wouldn't it be nice if you could add these missing songs to the extra section of the actual DVD? Some of them are only small bits, but still it would be a nice thing.
