You could use higher bitrates when re-encoding the flv files.
I used 6000 for the video.
You could also use LPCM to avoid further audio loss.
Not sure it will all make much difference though.
The source files are a bit jerky to begin with.

Software used:

Format Factory to convert.
MPEG video wizard to join and add video / audio fades.

I grabbed direct FLV files from that site, if anyone wants.
