I came across this upon a rare Google search looking up queer artists (*all of the ninja turtles were gay) having a discussion on whether some of *THE OTHERS were homos

(Having known that Buonorati, Sanzio and donatello were i was surprised to learn that DaVinci was too)

Somehow couldn't resist looking up Freddie out of curiosity.... on this astro data bank. ..came up with a strange mention of a KASEY PEADON

Searched QZ and no mention in any thread.

Is this a spammer attempting to get recognition around the world or was there a possible fling during Fred s college days.?

No results or photos yielded from a quick search

Any info?

I just find it strange

My apologies in advance. I did not create the extant profile. More than likely bullshit. Yet being that they're not tabloid news I wouldn't know how to approach this

*corrected the redundancy that was irking so many of you guys

Funny, it reminded me on one old thread from a czech forum. One young woman claimed she's a daughter of Roger Taylor, she posted her pictures (she DID look similar to young Roger), she claimed to be born cca 9 month after the Budapest concert where her mother was, etc. But she suddenly disappeared :-)

I wouldn't take these informations too seriously

His dad later became a flamboyant gay singer, the star of the group "Queen," and died of AIDS in early 1992.

This is trustworthy information, I went to the Freddie Mercury Tribute in April 1993..........I saw Mink Deville, Cockney Rebel, Robbie Williams, Kate Perry, all those acts were Freddie's absolute favorite artist, amongst many others of course. I remember so clear that it was a night to remember, I was one of the lucky 300 people at the Hammersmith Odeon, a pity that John, Brian and Roger weren't there....... but I did saw Freddie's son.....nowadays he is the leadsinger of Manchester United.........

Must be all completely True!!!!

That's why Freddie changed his name from Bulsara to Mercury in honor of his child's middle name.

Peadon, Kasey Mercury Eason born in 1968.

................what utter drivel !!!!!

You said 'Queer artists', Matt.

Hasn't your country moved into the 21st Century, yet Matt, or even the 1990's? And no I am not gay., but I'm certainly not as narrow minded as you. What an horrendous thing to say.

I echo Horse feather's sentiment here! "queer artists...who were homos"!! Neither am I gay and it wouldn't matter either way.Shame! One would hope that this was an example of a rushed post. Perhaps an apology is in order.

Its not True! end of story

Nah. Queer and homos are perfectly acceptable where I come from. One denotes biological variance the other clearly denotes homosexuality. Neither should be taken as offensive remarks, simply for the fact that they deal in REALITY.

Please don't try to make me give in to reverential P.C. QUEER PRESSURE. .... its so trendy these days.

Anyways. I'm aware there are faults in the dates and likely a name "mercury" could be applied at a later date.

Just made me ponder due to the obscurity of the thing. Waking up the only other reference I find is in the Lesley ann Jones book MERCURY. Pg 72. Rosemary PEARSON.

Where that name came from who knows.

Just wondering why I'd never heard of this especially on QZ where everything's been expounded to death. ... basically to the point of making the old guard cynical hecklers of the new fans

"Queer" is an increasingly acceptable word, and is being embraced by LGBTQ people who don't wish to identify simply as "gay" or "lesbian".

How is Queer being embraced? It means odd or peculiar? Why would they want to be associated with that?
