Are we sure this man is not Roger Taylor?

You have probably seen this photo 'cos its viral on the net. I seem to remember people saying this is not Roger Taylor. How are we so sure?
Did this man's identity became known?
Or did Roger denied it's him?

(And of course the tatoo on the leg does help to assume he is Roger )

Thank you. it's strange because in Greece this photo is pretty popular via facebooki e.t.c. and noone seems to mention who this man is. And i had this faulse recollection of reading that it was not Roger. But i was wrong. :-)

First pic is the man himself for sure. The tatt does look different in the second pic though. What's the red circle all about? Here's another you might like!

First pic is obviously Roger, second pic could be anyone, leg tattoos are hardly uncommon.

Is there any particular reason to think that it IS Roger?

The red circle is supposed to emphasize the fact he gave his slippers to this poor kid and now he is barefoot.

The reason this pic became viral its becouse of its solidarity/compassionate message.

I would say without a dought that I Roger Taylor working on his solo l.p. I think. I guess they are trying to get "sounds of him on the beach".

The second picture (of the guy giving the girl a pair of shoes) has nothing to distinguish it as Roger at all, it could be any old dude with grey hair. His facial features aren't even reminiscent of Roger.

Is there any reason beyond a passing vague resemblance? How do we know this isn't just some random dude's holiday snap?

First one is Roger. Second one aint = different hairdo and different head, face and nose shape....and too skinny.....
