If yes, then they should reissue it in the same style as most artists under their label has! But seriously, do CBS still hold the rights?

Would QPL/Island not have the rights since it was re-issued in the "solo" boxes in 2000? I'm guessing that's the case as those boxes were issued under the EMI/Parlophone label. Same for Barcelona - Polydor used to produce those, then it was Parlophone in 2000 for the re-issue, but Island for last year's deluxe version.

no, it doesn't, so see that mr bady was released by PARLOPHONE, in the solo box set

I can remember a quote from a book (cant remember which one) that Freddie bought himself out of his solo-project obligation (that started with CBS for a pretty hefty sum at the time) before Barcelona, and presumably the rights to the released album Mr Bad Guy were transfered back to Freddie's company/companies (and later his estate).

Both releases showed up on HOLLYWOOD RECORDS in the us as a measly two pack with bonus 5 track sleeved cd.... no complete collection.
I'm assuming it's under some fm publishing company. .
. Especially since it was a dismal failure
(I really don't like it much.... very uninspired by Freddie s standards)
