Sheer Heart Attack - Trident Logo

Some of the Sheer Heart Attack vinyl LP's have at the bottom right on the back cover a Trident Logo. Some don't have this logo.

I have read that the logo is missing on the very first covers:

Can anybody confirm this?

I also notice that the back and front cover of the LP with the Trident logo are more brownish instead of black.
And the inner sleeve of the one with the trident logo is of a thin cardboard, the one without the logo is paper.

Which version is the oldest (and/or is worth more)?

I'm also curious about this, ideas anyone ?

After some searching, the version with the cardboard inner sleeve seems to be a late-1970s pressing. Mine has a laminated outer sleeve, with Trident logo in the corner. Probably worth less than the first pressing, but I'm no expert.

First UK:

- no trident logo
- super thin spine
- wording on top of spine + side
- laminated outer
- matrix : 4881-3u
4882-4u

Still not 100% sure... I agree with almost all your indications but I have a 4881-3u-; 4882-3u. So this should be earlier. But it can be also possible that there were simultaneuos pressing plants...
I tried togheter with other collectors to gain much informations as possible. So your help would be very appreciated.
