As I remember there some out of sych editing in the original on SHA (Roger's drumming in the beginning of the song) which can be fixed as well.

Yes, but another shot would have to be chosen to fill in the gap, as it's off synch by a beat. The snare and bass drums are swapped.

I did a quick fix of that part and I just filled the gap with a quick shot of the audience. It works quite nicely
