Pop ups on mobile

I'm getting an annoying pop up when I access this site on my mobile.
It doesn't happen when using wifi, only when using my data allowance.
Anyone else getting the same problem?

Strangely it's suddenly stopped happening now.
Started off with candy crush pop ups and then some other thing.
Only seemed to happen on this site though.
I should have stated in my first post I'm in the UK.

Problems again.
Using WiFi now and keep getting pop up redirecting me to Google play to upload some mobile clean up app.
Only happens on this site.
Even though I have pop ups disabled it makes no difference.

I am on an ipod touch using a mifi (USA), and just while trying to type this post, I've gotten 4 pop ups about "Jelly Splash - the next big thing", whatever that is. Now it has happened about 8 times. It seems to redirect me when I choose Cancel. And the little spinning thing that shows I am receiving data keeps spinning constantly. I have pop ups enabled because I'm pretty sure that is the only way I can log in on this device.

That seems to have worked.

I'm now getting re directed to google play to download spartan wars.
