the book is not bad, is an object that a collector should have, and is better than many other books about Queen ; there are a lot of postcard, poster, tickets replica, etc.....
about the ebook i can only say that is the same without the items.
for me is better to buy the hardcover.

You can look at Brian's presentation of the ebook on this video clip. You can't beat the physical book though.

The 'full' cd interview is now included with later editions of the book.

Yes, and they SHOULD offer replacement CDs to those who have the original one, but they're not.
That's shocking customer service and just sucks of them not giving a shit so long as they get your money :((

I hate to repeat myself but I received a free replacement copy of Star Trek TNG season 1 bluray after they found out that on a couple of episodes there was some sound problem on the 7.1 DTSHD track. I didn't care about the problem (I'm watching the episodes with the original stereo mix), I didn't ASK for a "fixed" copy, but I received automatically one for free.

That's what I call customer service. Not the **** QPL is doing.

The same happened with a bluray disc in one of the latest Pink Floyd box sets from last year I think. All of a sudden I got a replacement disc from Amazon because it was apparently faulty.
