Technically that's not right, as there are brackets missing ... order of operations :-)
It should be:
(4+9-2) x 3 + 6

The cellphone is Calling All Girls
The Unblinking Eye is a solo song, and those are not included in the picture. (So it has to be U N eye = You And I)
