I need help to copy/paste pic

Sorry, but I just cannot seem to be able to copy/paste a picture on to my post. Can anybody help?

Upload the pic to imgur www.imgur.com

Then use the code shown under HTML Image (websites & blogs)

You need to copy the HTML Image (websites & blogs) code. I have included a picture which shows the code you need to copy from your imgur upload, you need the one circled in red.
