Maybe i don`t know much about the background ...despite the tasteless use of english by mr. rocknrollover...I have the question why they use this unreleased material on the documentary ??? Release politics ??? A bit new stuff here...and a bit new stuff there ???

Honestly - the more footage I see from the DOOL video shoot, the more I wish I didn't see it. We're essentially watching a once powerful and vibrant man die.

Absolutely love "These are the days of our lives" - it is one of my all-time-favourites. However, the video itself is very hard for me too watch. Watched the German documentary and the scenes while shooting the video made me cringe, because of Freddie's poor condition. Very sad.

Well... at least the DORO boy( Rudi) sad it was the last thing shot by them so the story of Freddie being filmed in montreux must be bullocks then

Just because he saying that ??? Maybe he just keep his mouh shut about that...and we will be surprised in a few years.
But I want to say clearly. If there is a final Montreux footage - I don`t need to see it.
An official statement( why /when / what was filmed) on that would end the story.

I think the footage is sad (well the bits I've seen) - but I still see Freddie. I still see his character....and any strength that he might have been lacking physically is made up for by his determination, focus and courage. It always amazes me his professionalism, even in the late stages of his illness. Right to the end he saw himself as 25% of Queen and got on with his 'job,' without ever making it all about him or seeking sympathy.

It makes me sad to see Freddie in that condition, but I guess that's all in life,so...right to the end he remained strong and determined on how he wanted things to be done
