That would have involved actual typing instead of copy and pasting!

Got 'The Lot' today.
On the whole a really great box! ...though I've instantly noticed a couple of things:
1.) Wrong running order of FOE bonus tracks: "Whole House Rockin'" plays first, "Dear Mr. Murdoch" comes second.
2.) The whole 1st half of Electric Fire lyrics are missing in the book (it starts with "People on streets")
3.) Track skipping error on Shove It: 'Rough Justice' skips to the next track too early.
Good start!
You mean the end of Rough Justice is missing?
Is the Electric Fire version of 'Pressure On' the correct one after all?
I'm am wondering just how many errors there are going to be.
Apparently Holocaust has been spelt wrong.

Wow this sounds pretty bad so far...will there be a reprint?

Almost sounds like a bootleg or pirate product with all those errors :D As if somebody with no knowledge made this in a little shed in a backyard.. am still looking f/w to my copy though.
I got The Who's Tommy box today. Am wondering how many errors I can spot there, probably very few to none..

I might even start swearing soon.
My finger is hovering over the cancel order button.

The track already skips before the song is properly over - meaning that '2nd Shelf Mix' basically starts with the last 2 or 3 seconds of RJ...
Regarding Pressure On:
Yes, the version on 'The Lot' is definitely a different mix than on the original 1998 release. It completely misses the 2nd voice during the first chorus (starting 01:58) as well as some hihat here and there.
Speaking of Electric Fire: "One Night Stand!" has been cut at the end of LTCD.

Those involved with these sets like to take credit for the good bits; I'd like to know who is responsible for each bit (booklet text, cd running order etc) and for them to hold their hands up when things are wrong.
The worst example was the half an interview missing from the 40th book - there was never an apology and it was almost presented as if the error was the work of 'the gods'; if we tracked down contact info to get hold of them we were offered an mp3 and expected to be grateful for it.
I would ask who does the proof reading/listening for queen releases, but this clearly simply doesn't happen. (Half a lyric booklet missing for God's sake?!?)

^ Re 40th Book - I did actually manage to get a 'full' CD replacement eventually.

How many pages has the book?
Could you post some photos? Thanks in advance!
There seems to be a difference in how many pages there should be and how many there actually are.
Perhaps somebody could make up a page for the missing lyrics so we can print it out and stick it in : )

How did you manage that?

^ Regular emails to the book company from day one.
I was promised a physical replacement quite early on and kept pointing this out.
Then I discovered the second print had the full CD so they couldn't really fob me off any longer inu liger.
