Thanks for the info ,i got my Lot set second edition for £76 from amazon.I was just wondering how high the price will go and another thing i am interrested in is how well has The Lot sold and how many copies of FOE sold and did it get into the charts?

FoE made no.69 for one week.

I think The Lot would have charted if the release hadn't been bungled. If they had been able to ship all the preorders on release week, I think it would have done well. It was higher on the Amazon bestsellers list than FoE for the 2 weeks preceding its release.

So what to do to get a error-free box set? I ordered the first edition at release.
Now I stumbled upon this discussion and wrote to the mentioned Email (Michelle.noble@umusic.com) regarding a replacement or any other solution. Nothing happended. The set is sold out - so I can't send it back to amazon...

Bad luck?

Try e-mailing Emma from an alternate e-mail address/service. By other accounts she's supposed to be fairly prompt in responding, so it could be an issue with your e-mail service.

Sooo is it that it is out print already or something else?

It took some time and E-mail contact with Emma, but today I finally received a new error-free 'The Lot'-box.
Not only the replacement discs, but a complete new boxset, and totally for free.
With very many thanks to Emma.
She said that officially it is out of print by now, but tried to get a set for me after all, and she succeeded.
I'm happy now, because I can finally listen to 'The Lot' without all the errors.

Wha?!! Already?! Are they not going to make any more?!

You know, with the massive cock ups that happened with this set, it should have never went out of print so soon.

No wonder illegal downloading is so rampant these days...record companies just do NOT have a fucking clue any more! Luckily I bought mine from Michael Allred when I did, with the original slipcase & booklet but the replacement discs, which I'm alright with. Got a FLAC copy of the "Pressure On" alternate mix, so I'm not as flustered now with trying to get the original discs.*

*That being said, feel free to send me an offer anyways if any of you out there got the replacement discs and wouldn't mind parting with the original 1st press error CD's :-)

I was surprised when I didn't hear a sample "one night stand" on a track "London Town come'n down" from Electric fire, album 2013 remaster. Any guesses?

It's not a part of the 'LT-CD' track and even not the part of the album. vinyl doesn't include it.
it's simply a password for One Night Stand remixing contest from the official site back in 1998. On the Japanese CD for example, the password sample is after last bonus track.
