While it is unfortunate that certain people have been having an ill-thought out go at GT,in some ways it is understandable.
Nowhere has there been a decent apologetic response to the supply of a very defective product (and VERY defective IT IS when you take into account that the content is mainly of interest to customers that can spot these deficiencies a mile off).
It is inescapable that the buck ends with the name on the box, one of the company's directors - Roger Taylor.
He is allowing all and sundry to take the flak, even those that don't even work for his organisation, when by now he should have ensured that a full explanation and apology was given - in his name,
I don't want employees named and shamed from Universal, Virgin, QPL or whoever else has fucked up. That is a private matter for QPL/RMT to sort out.
As a director of QPL, RMT is ultimately responsible - he employs and pays the wages - and as such should not think it beneath him to get his hands a bit dirty and connect with his bread and butter - his fans.
Anything less is just a further example of his arrogance (as if we need another one).
