What are they saying in that one part in "Modern Times Rock 'n Roll" ?

I can't understand the whole thing. I mean the BBC version not the album version. It's a part where one of the guys (I'm assuming) says some kind of phrase. It happens like 46 seconds into the song. It's been bothering me cause I can't make it out lol
