Yesterday i came across a very special version of Freddie's last recorded track Mother Love. We all know the album that goes into the rewinding tape after Brian's verse and the crying baby at the end. But did you that the original song goes on with some spine chilling guitar bits by Brian? The song has a proper but also rather haunting ending. This has to be the original version that was cut for the album version. The official version clocks in at nearly 6 minutes.

I actually fell for this a few years ago, but it is in fact a fan made mix. And a bloody good one at that - I think if they had mixed it along with the tape rewind, Lurex snippet and the baby crying, we would have the definitive version. Truly amazing song, and great remix.
