Even posts having a go at DRF are too much attention for him.

It kind of is though?? It falls into the 'why fucking bother' bucket as far as remixes go - seriously, just plonking with the levels and taking out the most iconic parts of the song? He turned a hardass rock song with genuine swagger into something boring with no highlights - I don't know how one can do that, maybe it counts as a skill in some circles.
It's awful, but on reflection I'd lean towards TQ's attitude on this. I was just a bit sickened, kid needs to keep his crayons off of the classics.

Still waiting for your first book release. Seriously.

If I could settle on a subject matter I'd actually go for it, haha. I cringe when I remember that I posted this thread, but it really got to me - the guy made Heartbreaker *boring*. How does one do that??

For a moment there, I thought this topic was going to be directed at Kacio

All part of my three step program...
Step 1 - never leave your mother's basement
Step 2 - download Garageband and think you're suddenly Quincy Jones
Step 3 - spend ten minutes on a song between Haagen Dazs servings and think you've improved upon a classic
^ see how that works?

Ouch. Why would you think that? Kacio's stuff isn't too bad :)

Because his remixes are painful to listen to. His editing techniques and penchant for overlaying different song samples that don't even fit in the same key leave a lot to be desired.

I don't know how. I'd ask Michael Jackson, but....

i'd have said it's "QUIPPY" - a hybrid of quirky and crappy
