As gale force winds lash the coast of Britain, the seaside town of Rhyl appears to have been one of the bigger casualties. Hundreds of homes have been evacuated and several streets are now four feet deep in tidal waters and raw sewage. The first insurance assessor on site said that in his estimate there has been approximately £3.50 worth of damage.

The bad weather/sewage etc left a lot of grease all over the joint. The locals are now using it on their hair. They call it Rhyl Cream.
