Possibly from San Diego or rather from one of the 4 Los Angeles shows, this short footage was on KCBS TV - Los Angeles .

This is what was shown on TV. Only some more bits could exist but not the entire show.

I don't remember having it before, it's so nice to see...

I'd assume it's from one of the Forum gigs. An LA TV station wouldn't bother spending the money to transport their crew a few hours south to San Diego if there were four nights in LA to pick from.
