vox ac15 Brian may tone

Hello' just wandering if I would be able to achieve a tone close to Brian may's by running a Brian may red special and a treble booster through a vox ac15.
Also would a 1x12 or 2x12 speaker model be better than the other for achieving the tone ??

The AC15 isn't nearly as good as the AC30.

It does the job, but the AC30 does *THE JOB*.

Totally agree. The AC15 has a completely different break up and response to the 30. Get the 30!
