Ok im trying to clear something up. My Video Bootleg of Houston 12/11/77. Has a Edit after Your my best friend. And in Greg Brooks book "Queen live" it states Spread Your WIngs was played at Houston gig. Everyone i have talked to says No spread your wings was played.
Greg can you clarify If your correct or its a mistake in your book please.

doesn't appear on either audio or video boot.
however, it was played on that tour in New York - so it may be that it got dropped in and out of the set during the tour

Yeah but Greg Brooks Queen Live says It was played 12/11/77 so he need to correct it or be asked.

1. There is absolutely NO reason to believe Spread Your Wings WAS played om the concert, but there are many reasons to believe it WASN'T played
2. Greg's book is filled with errors, most of his 70's setlists are just guesses
3. There is no notable cut after You're My Best Friend

Greg Brooks and GT are working on a new Queen live book. I guess/hope all the mistakes will be corrected and that there will be new information in it.

If you want a fully accurate picture of what Queen live was about, just check out www.queenlive.ca
Constantly updated and as accurate and complete as possible.

I perfectly agree with pittrek!

Queenlive.ca is a great site. Brilliantly put together by someone whom takes great care about what he writes. Well done Mr Wizard.

As for the new Queen Live book, I wonder if Greg will offer it at a discounted price to anyone who shelled out for the original catalogue of miss- information.
Has there ever been a Queen publication that is 100% accurate?

Don't think there has been
Vocal Harmony - thanks for the plug !

Spread Your Wings was indeed on rotation in late 77. At this point we just have to assume it wasn't played, but the little jump on the video after the medley is indeed curious..
