Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If this wasn´t in The Lot, where did the Future Manager got from with this quality? Is this released anywhere?

From the logo i assume that it is from the German ZDF TV. These guys don´t play around when it comes to quality. The ABBA video appearances on ZDF in the 70´s are a treasure to watch. Fantastic stuff from these people.
