If Queen release a new studio album it will not only have Jackson on a few songs, but also Lambert, He will do a duet on an old Freddie song...You heard it here first...Then Adam and Queen will promote the new album for summer tour. I wouldn't be surprised if Lambert is on several songs on the album, IF there is enough for a full album that is....who else agrees with me?....hopefully my prediction is wrong..

No need album with Adam he very bad singer. If he will be on a new Queen album it was bad mistake in Queen history, and promote for Queen new material.
If this nightmare will happen I will listen only tracks, which sings Freddie.
But I don't think that this album will be sell good. Personally I won't buy it if there will be Adam.

Don't forget about two tracks from 1983 and it's like a 35 years ago.

There's no way in hell they can finish and release a Queen album at the same time as rehearsing an arena tour in that amount of time, so I must respectfully, and thankfully disagree.
I think they will probably record an album off the back of the tour though, if it is successful. That's at least a year away though IMO.

[/QUOTE]yea, but from I read, the 3 Jackson songs are done, along with 3 other finished tracks.
That's already at least 6 finished Songs so far, and it could be more by now....They could have as many as 8 finished songs by now....Record 2 or 3 brand new songs and the album could be done by july or September....But they might choose to wait for the Movie, which would mean at least a year and a half away. Anything's possible...The album might never see the light of day except of a few new songs.....

Its not happening mate, we won't see an album until the movie hits the cinema's, anyone remember how long it took for made in heaven to come out, we were promised every year for 3 years that it was coming out before it finally materialised !
Mike G · Member since
I could wait a year or even two years, as long as Lambert isn't on it....If it's on par with MIH it would be worth it...A pretty nice album was MIH, but if it turns out horrible I hope they don't bother releasing it....
Pingfah · Member since
The law of diminishing returns tells us it probably won't be as good as Made in Heaven. I'd like to think they aren't capable of making a horrible album though. Cosmos Rocks is the closest they have come to that IMO, and that was OK... ish.

Ummm...o.k.! Those are MY ideas! No fair! With that said...it's amazing how people miss information clearly stated in the interviews they watch...assuming they do of course. That being this past weekend Adam is going to Switzerland to record stuff for his own solo studio l.p. which comes out later this year (I think at the end of this year) so that may not mean anything in terms of whenever a new Queen studio l.p. comes out BUT it might. With that said they have also said that if there is interest in this tour of the U.S. that they might make it a world tour. So assuming there's SOME sort of a break between this leg and another and some weeks and months doing shows over seas from the U.S. it will probably be at least late this year and more thank likely early next (hopefully!) before a new Queen studio l.p. could come out. With THAT said why in the hell could a live l.p. from the 1970's...whether a compilation or an entire show that does not have a film complimenting it not be released in the meantime?!

Brian and Roger need to sack themselves.

When Brian and Roger/Lambert announced this tour on TV It really hit me how odd they look together...Two old men, nearing 70 with a guy so young, it doesn't look natural...Looks rather sad IMO...

It does look sad. A very desperate attempt to find "a new Glam-Freddie".
Queen were mostly a 70's/80's band, they should've picked a singer from that era.
Paul Rodgers was a good match, of course some songs didn't fit in too well but he did a fine job imho. It worked for me.
So many great singers from the 70's and 80's (and even 90's) to try out, and they pick this Freddie-wannabe from a TV-talent-show.
Horrifying.
