It's got to be from a 2010 VH1 series called "The Music Video Exposed."

The VH1 website says full episodes can be viewed but I can't get it to load. Russell Mulcahy also has an episode.

This is really great, and i hope that when they release the Greatest Hits BluRay with the making of, they will interview the video directors and the band about their memories about filming each video.

Managed to finally watch the episode on vh1.com but they only talked about Radio GaGa. The discussion of IWTBF must be on the DVD as it includes the full videos of IWTBF and RGG plus longer interview segments in the bonus features. The Russell Mulcahy dvd includes the full video of AKOM.
