The topic which was created with the sole purpose to stop all the AL related fights has itself turned into one massive fight.

Not my guilt, dude.

Hi Barb. I just noticed the sub-forum has been renamed to Queen + Adam Lambert. Thanks!

Every second year or so I have to explain the non-censorship policy of Queenzone. It is NOT my responsibility if people post all this crap on forums, facebook and elsewhere. I am only responsible for my own posts like any other user. If everybody would feel this responsibility we would not have a problem. Moderation will always be limited to deleting spam and illegal posts. It would not help the least bit if Richard or I would start deleting offensive post or ban users who say stupid things. Just take a look at the fan club facebook site - they have admins but the page is swamped with idiots who make it hard for normal users to participate. If people would only just ignore the idiots life on the internet would be so much easier. Just do not feed the trolls. A troll who never gets an answer to his offensive stuff won't continue. Most of all: do not spread the stupidity over the forums by quoting the offensive stuff into other threads. In my opinion it is the only way. I do not want to spend my time warning people and deleting posts and then get angry responses because I delete idiot A but not idiot B and because I deleted post C but not post D. I see this happen on QOL or the fan club member page and I think it will never work out well.
I am not impressed if people ask for a ban, on the contrary, it will even prevent me from deleting users because I would not want to be used for personal vendettas. I am also immune against "pressure" - I am a volunteer and the only person who can make me do something is the website owner.

The main thing that I am not a troll and idiot.
One thing driving me insane: no one is interested in my opinion and the fact that everyone is trying to insult my knowledge of English. we all are not perfect, and we need to be patient and respect, and not to insult and humiliate giving nickname "a Troll"

I did not call you a troll or idiot, rocknrolllover. I am sorry if you think I was picking you out, it was a general post. I do not want to be dragged into personal fights, I am not the forum baby sitter and I would not have all the facts, anyway. I plead to everybody to just keep the discussion civil. Please.

@YourValentine
Just curious, now that there is a section for the Queen + Adam Lambert threads, will the Q + AL threads in the Serious Discussion section be moved or do they stay here?

Thanks Barb. The problem is too many people on this forum get perverse enjoyment out of responding to "trolls".

Forums are like toilets, though. You can say 'well people should just use the toilet properly and not smear crap everywhere', but once in a while it happens - and then what? We don't have the tools to clean that shit up, as ordinary users. The tactic of 'just ignore them' becomes moot when these fucking Lambertards are posting links to his shit videos left, right and centre.
That being said, I basically support the notion of having a hands-off philosophy with regards to moderating the forum with most of the content. Repetitive spam is akin to turd on the flusher, though, and it hurts no one to have it removed.

I am agree with you. Lambert fans captured this forum, and the administration of the forum does nothing.

I'm sorry, but to stay with your theme, this is a crock of shit. Ever since YV asked that the QAL and Adam talk be moved to another sub-forum, no one but a few regulars like you, rocknrolllover and a handful of others have mentioned Lambert here. How can one sub-forum affect the Queen forum? It's easy enough to ignore the handful of threads over there, but no, you obviously can't. I have to assume the reason is that you don't want to. That's fine with me - it's your choice. But to blame fans of the Queen + projects for your own issues with it is not exactly the height of empirical logic. It is, however, a fine example of shit-slinging.
And now I will take Barb's excellent advice,ignore the shit, and carry on enjoying what's not..

Some Glamberts must be awfully touchy/sensitive/cry babyish that the forum has it's own set of rules made by none other than you, the wannabe spokeperson. Nowhere have I seen such rules for other forums.

You sound confused Matt. Perhaps a touch of the old whistling yards of darkness in the appearance of man?
