SAP is not sold out.
If the seats are being held for sale by other ticket outlets besides Ticketmaster, I believe they are still considered to be sold out. Don't know about San Jose but in many cities such as Auburn Hills they are adding more sections for sale because of demand.
These tickets held for: 02:58
Sec 217
Row 9, Seats

The seating chart shows that Sec 217 as a gray area, one of those sections that may have been added due to high demand for tickets, but doesn't have a very good view of the stage. What does the "02:58" mean?

Not everyone understands what second-sellers are.
Second sellers buy tickets from the primary seller. At this point they are SOLD. Second sellers try to resell, but it doesn't matter if they do or do not, or at what price - the primary selling price has already been collected and counts toward the venue. The only question left - which doesn't matter to the venue or the artists - is who will be sitting in that seat and at what additional price. SOLD OUT means the primary seller has sold all tickets.
Since the artists' revenues only depend on the primary seller, it doesn't matter to them what the secondary seller does, except as a matter of philosophy on reselling. It doesn't affect their revenues one way or another. This is why you can sometimes get tickets to sold out events - either they're available from a reseller (or scalper) or the primary seller has held some tickets in reserve to sell at high prices late in the game. If the venue is listed as sold out, it doesn't matter how many tickets still reside in a secondary sellers hands - it's sold out.
And here's the great news (if there is such a thing about secondary sellers); when secondary sellers snatch up a bunch of tickets fast it's because they think they'll be able to sell them at well above the primary selling price they put out originally, and thereby make good profit. The other sign of high demand is the addition of new sections/seats by the venue and primary seller. Adding those additional seats only happens when demand exceeds supply - they have no tickets left but lots of folks who still want tickets. Both of these things - reseller tickets and additional seats added, are a sign of high demand, which clearly is the status of the QAL tour this summer - very high demand.
I lolol at the determination of some so-called Queen fans to try and make them seem like a failure on this tour. It's a done deal now - a huge success. Brian May himself confirmed this, and between him and the venue stats, you can take that to the bank.

Apparently not everyone understands FreddieCat's post. You can still purchase tickets and they are not "second-seller" tickets. The event is NOT sold out. I just checked Ticketmaster and this came up.
Best Available from Venue
SEC 127
Row 23, Seats 11-12
TYPE Full Price Ticket
TICKET PRICE US $126.50 x 2
SERVICE FEE US $15.50 x 2
FACILITY CHARGE US $3.00 x 2
SUBTOTAL US $290.00
Now do another shot for running your mouth before you know what you are talking about. This is a very common trait amongst many Glamberts. It's so easy to fact check but they would rather believe every shitty fan blog they look at and then promote Adam using this crap all over the Internet. Oh clearly they think they know so much, but they are just blind little cult members.
Some so called music fans don't know much after all LOL.
Ha! Ha! Ha! Section 127 is another one of the gray-colored sections like Section 217 that have been added due to high demand for tickets. They are located almost behind the stage and were added after the original report of the venue being sold out!

Have a shot on me for spewing/passing along false info.
Are you going to answer inu where you source you info, or is that a Glambert secret?
So much for you being done forever Ha! Ha! Ha!

The fact I'm not going doesn't make me not a fan. Man, your thinking is crazy.
Those are not the cheap seats. They are the lower level bowl priced seats and it costs the same to sit there as it does in the lower level bowl facing the stage. The cheaper lower level seats are $98.25 each and the real cheap seats are in the upper level. Those are $49 each.
Now take another 2 shots for spewing false information

San Jose has never been sold out. Cheap seats? I am a very low income person and if I have money in the budget I will get one. Its a big if.
You make fun of people who can't afford to buy tickets?
I paid less for my seats during the Presale and they have a great view of the stage and the catwalk. I hope you can still go the San Jose show, FreddieCat!

Which is something I never posted about. Check your records dear. Did you miss the posts where I said I hope it goes smoothly, happy for the fans who go, or do you choose to ignore or twist that?

Good luck Freddiecat.
I knew the day the shows were announced that I couldn't go, many reasons more than the price of tickets.
