How to upload pictures in a thread ?

Obviously is something from Advanced Editor, but i can't figure out how.
 Is that even possible?

If not at least how to have an attachement dowloding the image? 
I see many members use that.

Here's how I do it. Go to a site like photobucket.com/, upload a picture and copy the code I highlighted below - Now just paste the code in the reply box. It should be embedded in the thread now. Or I guess you can just as well upload it as attachment.

Mouse over the right side of the time stamp of any post and you'll find the invisible buttons for editing, replying, and quoting.

One of the many flaws in this forum's design, and it's probably never going to be fixed.

The invisible buttons are clickable on iPad, but if you click the edit button, you get taken to the “full reply” screen which is not functional on an iPad. I know I have the edit button, because if I click on it for someone else’s post I get taken to a message that tells me I can’t edit someone else’s post.
